About the Role

We are seeking a Research Associate II to join our Hyderabad team, focusing on scientific experimentation and product development in pharmaceuticals. This role provides hands-on experience in bench-scale research, tech transfer, and stability studies, making it ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in pharmaceutical R&D.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of complex generics and pharmaceutical products, supporting the transition from laboratory research to commercial-scale production.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute bench-level scientific experiments for various products, including complex generics.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lab notebooks and experimental records.

  • Initiate and monitor stability studies for test oral solid dosage (OSD) products.

  • Prepare technology transfer (Tech Transfer) documentation to facilitate smooth transition from bench-scale development to commercial-scale manufacturing.

  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to support product development and optimization.

  • Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety protocols, and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Assist in troubleshooting experimental procedures and contribute to process improvement initiatives.


Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.

Experience:

  • Fresher candidates or early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations, OSD products, and stability studies.

  • Understanding of tech transfer processes from lab to production scale.

  • Strong analytical, observational, and documentation skills.

  • Familiarity with laboratory instruments, standard protocols, and safety practices.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
