Overview:
Join Elanco, a global leader in animal health, as a Remote Account Manager (RAM) and help shape the future of veterinary engagement through our omnichannel strategy. You will be responsible for remote customer interactions, driving product adoption, and enhancing client satisfaction through Elanco’s Customer Value Selling (CVS) model.


Key Responsibilities:

Remote Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Conduct remote sales calls via phone, Zoom, MS Teams, and email

  • Generate demand, follow-up on leads, and execute marketing initiatives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary customers

  • Leverage CRM to identify opportunities and record all call activity and data

  • Customize content and offers to match client preferences using an omnichannel approach

  • Process orders and provide timely after-sales support

  • Monitor pricing, implement net prices, and manage rebate transparency

Business Development:

  • Analyze territory data to achieve sales objectives

  • Collaborate with field sales teams to execute local strategies

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company goals

  • Address customer queries and complaints with agility

Product & Market Knowledge:

  • Maintain technical proficiency in Elanco's portfolio and competitive landscape

  • Ensure pharmacovigilance compliance and accurate information sharing

  • Adhere to all internal compliance and safety policies


Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • NOAH qualification

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including telesales

  • Passion for animal health, sales, and customer service

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent IT proficiency (Office 365, CRM platforms)

  • Ability to work independently and manage performance metrics

  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and analytical skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in the animal health industry

  • Experience in establishing or leading sales teams

  • Budgeting and strategy implementation skills


Additional Details:

  • Home-office based role with occasional travel for meetings/events

  • Must be self-motivated with a high degree of accountability
