Position Overview:
IQVIA is seeking a Registered Nurse for a unique, non-traditional role supporting medical device upgrades in hospital environments. This is a field-based, part-time assignment-based opportunity ideal for nurses looking to diversify their career while using their clinical skills in the medical technology space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate hospital units to coordinate with staff and assist in infusion pump device collections

  • Support device swap-outs and answer questions about software upgrades

  • Collaborate with service teams to configure infusion pumps

  • Work closely with nursing teams to minimize workflow disruption during device collection

  • Provide customer support, updates, and feedback to the client

  • Assist team technicians in managing device flow during the project


Job Requirements:

  • Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN) is mandatory

  • Hospital or industry experience required

  • Experience in Emergency Room or Critical Care preferred

  • Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) is a plus

  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

  • Physical capability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift equipment (up to 50 lbs)

  • Must have a personal vehicle and willingness to travel up to 3 hours from home

  • Located within 1 hour of a major airport

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Must meet hospital credentialing and vaccination requirements

  • Availability for 3 weeks per month (travel-intensive)
