Job Title: Regional Medical Advisor – Pharmacovigilance

Job Summary:
As the Regional Medical Advisor, you will act as the primary scientific representative of the organization for thought leaders and physicians in the designated therapy area. You will drive medical engagement, evidence generation, and strategic insights in alignment with the medical affairs strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage key thought leaders through medical affairs initiatives aligned with the strategic plan.
Execute the medical affairs plan including medical education, advisory boards, and evidence generation activities.
Act as a scientific expert discussing data related to products and therapy trends with relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with the therapy area lead to support optimal patient outcomes through scientific communication.
Represent the organization in internal and external scientific forums.
Gather insights on disease trends and relay them to the therapy and commercial teams.
Conduct disease trend analysis and contribute to the annual medical strategy.
Respond to scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals.
Ensure all regional activities comply with Dr. Reddy’s Code of Business Ethics (COBE) and compliance policies.
Collaborate with key thought leaders to conduct reviews, case studies, and publications.
Develop training plans for the sales and marketing teams.
Shape therapeutic areas through actionable insights and strategic medical action plans.
Approve promotional and educational materials in alignment with internal policies.
Identify unmet needs and contribute to product ideation and differentiated development.
Educational Qualifications:
MBBS with a full-time postgraduate degree (minimum 2 years) in any medical discipline
OR
MBBS with an MBA from a reputed institute
Experience:
Fresh postgraduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in field-based medical affairs.
Technical Skills:
Strong academic background with expertise in therapeutic areas and research methodologies.
Proven communication skills to engage effectively with specialists.
Familiarity with complex business environments is preferred.
Strong record of success through measurable accomplishments.
