Role Overview:
The Regional Medical Advisor provides scientific and medical support within the EPD Medical Organization in a non-sales capacity. Reporting to the Senior Manager RMA / Head RMA, you will participate in the initiation, oversight, and follow-up of assigned clinical studies and medical projects while ensuring compliance with all relevant local, national, and global regulations, guidelines, and company policies. You will collaborate closely with Medical Managers, Clinical Research Managers, Medical Advisors, and commercial teams, serving as a credible scientific resource for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all activities and interactions adhere to local, national, and global laws, regulations, codes of conduct, and company policies.

  • Provide scientific and technical support to maintain professional relationships with KOLs, academic centers, and healthcare institutions.

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-science medical activities for physicians and KOLs to support therapy shaping within the assigned therapeutic area.

  • Assist in the initiation, oversight, and follow-up of clinical studies and post-marketing medical projects (registries, epidemiological surveys, Phase IV studies, investigator-initiated studies).

  • Deliver unbiased, accurate, and high-quality scientific presentations to physicians individually or in group settings, including congresses, symposia, and clinical sessions.

  • Support the identification and engagement of qualified physicians for collaborative research, educational activities, or advisory roles while ensuring scientific integrity.

  • Develop and maintain deep therapeutic area knowledge to facilitate informed scientific dialogue and enhance the company’s credibility in the medical community.

Educational Qualification:

  • Medical or scientific degree (MBBS, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or equivalent).

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or pharmaceutical/therapeutic advisory roles.
