Position Summary
As a Quality Associate at Baxter, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring product quality throughout the entire lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet regulatory standards and internal quality expectations—directly impacting patient safety and improving lives.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle.
Participate in quality inspections, audits, and document reviews.
Support root cause analysis and assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and regulatory teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality System Regulations (QSR).
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Note: Specific duties may vary by business unit and facility.
Required Qualifications
Educational Background: Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing preferred).
Experience: Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Effective communicator and team collaborator
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Familiarity with quality systems, compliance, and auditing processes
