Job Title: QA Report Reviewer - Level 1 (Medical-Legal Reports) - Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a QA Report Reviewer to join our team, responsible for reviewing and editing medical-legal reports. This position involves editing for formatting, fact-checking medical details, and writing medical history summaries based on available records. Tasks include verifying biographical data, ensuring accurate dates and medical facts, and making other necessary edits to ensure the report’s quality.

This role requires collaboration with clients, physicians, and the report QA supervisor via phone and email. Meeting deadlines is essential as many reports are time-sensitive due to hearing dates or other administrative requirements. After initial training, employees will receive assigned reports with deadlines and priorities and will be expected to manage their workload independently.

This position is remote, but in-person training will be required during the first few weeks. Once training is completed, in-office requirements will be minimal.

  • Time Management & Deadlines:
Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks, prioritizing based on deadlines.

  • Ad-Hoc Tasks & Projects:
Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
