Position Overview:
We are seeking a QA Records Technician to manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of facility records in compliance with established procedures. The role involves maintaining a controlled access area for facility records, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and retrieval of documents in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and file Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Facility records according to established formats for each record type.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and destruction of records following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage the storage and retrieval of records from the alternate record warehouse.
  • Maintain the LUMAC Issuance Database and issue LUMACs upon request.
  • Provide required documentation for internal and external compliance audits.
  • Maintain the facility record check-out log and ensure all records are returned and properly filed.
  • Train team members on proper filing procedures for the facility record area.
  • Communicate with departments regarding document pick-up and return.
  • Maintain the retention sample area under the proper conditions and retrieve samples for review when needed.
  • Scan batch records for QA release.
  • Maintain Retention Maintenance records for CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization) and ABU (Active Bulk Units).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of ScanPro and Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
  • Typing speed of 80 WPM.
  • Excellent spelling, punctuation, grammar, and legible handwriting.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to resolve minor discrepancies in SOP documentation with the initiator or department supervisor.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to adjust to changing priorities under pressure.

Shift:

  • Tues - Fri, 6am – 4pm

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hiring Wage: $22.19 - $30.01/hr, depending on experience.
