Position Overview:
The Technician III - QA Label Control will be responsible for the counting, assembly, printing, and issuance of Label Control components for production. This role will involve process improvement suggestions, reviewing updates to Label Control processes, and designing and reviewing labeling components for production use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Count Label Control components and perform SAP material movement transactions.
  • Train others on insert, box, and label counting systems.
  • Print, assemble, and issue Label Control components; operate all Label Control printers and train others.
  • Operate label printing software and troubleshoot basic system communication issues with SAP and serialization processes.
  • Maintain inventory control of Label Control components and complete SAP inventory transactions.
  • Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and provide input for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for deviations and CAPAs.
  • Design and review label component formats in the label design system.
  • Navigate and print from eDMS (electronic Document Management System).

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience, specifically in the pharmaceutical and FDA-regulated industry. Prior SAP experience is required. Manufacturing production and equipment operation experience is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Basic computer skills required.
    • Knowledge of basic math for calculating ratios, parts, and percentages.
    • Strong ability to troubleshoot label printing and SAP transactions.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification is desired or must be obtained within one month.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • 14/14 corrected near-point vision.
    • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.
    • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive activities.
    • Ability to stand, sit, twist, walk, stoop, and reach for extended periods.

Work Schedule:

  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
