Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead ICSR management teams for selected projects

  • Ensure effective distribution of tasks and manage workflow processes

  • Foster strong client cooperation within ICSR management activities

  • Support project teams in activities conducted on behalf of clients and the company

  • Perform line management responsibilities for assigned ICSR staff

  • Monitor and maintain project-specific KPIs and optimize team procedures and training

  • Manage ICSR deviations with support from ICSR Operational Lead

  • Review trackers and timesheets, ensuring data accuracy

  • Participate in ICSR case processing and conduct second-level quality control

  • Recommend process improvements to ICSR Operational Lead

  • Collaborate with and support other departments as needed


Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or relevant healthcare field

  • Prior experience in pharmacovigilance, preferably in a CRO setting

  • Proven experience in a team leadership or line management role

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills

  • Effective delegation and multitasking capabilities

  • Proficient in team collaboration and cross-functional coordination
