Job Responsibilities:
Lead ICSR management teams for selected projects
Ensure effective distribution of tasks and manage workflow processes
Foster strong client cooperation within ICSR management activities
Support project teams in activities conducted on behalf of clients and the company
Perform line management responsibilities for assigned ICSR staff
Monitor and maintain project-specific KPIs and optimize team procedures and training
Manage ICSR deviations with support from ICSR Operational Lead
Review trackers and timesheets, ensuring data accuracy
Participate in ICSR case processing and conduct second-level quality control
Recommend process improvements to ICSR Operational Lead
Collaborate with and support other departments as needed
Required Qualifications:
Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or relevant healthcare field
Prior experience in pharmacovigilance, preferably in a CRO setting
Proven experience in a team leadership or line management role
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
Effective delegation and multitasking capabilities
Proficient in team collaboration and cross-functional coordination
