Position Summary:
PharmaLex, a part of Cencora, is expanding and currently seeking a Promotional Materials & Compliance Specialist in Portugal. This role involves managing and delivering high-quality promotional and non-promotional review services to internal teams and clients. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with national regulations while supporting project delivery and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage promotional and non-promotional review services in accordance with Portuguese healthcare regulations.
Ensure high standards of compliance and quality in all review processes.
Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage congress-related submissions via the AIFA portal (preferred experience).
Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
Provide guidance and support on Portuguese regulatory requirements related to healthcare promotional activities.
Maintain a structured and systematic approach to all assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
University degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience in promotional materials and compliance within pharma or service provider companies.
Deep knowledge of Portuguese regulations concerning promotional activities and healthcare compliance.
Experience in reviewing promotional and non-promotional material in line with local legislation.
Experience in SOP development and documentation.
Preferred: Experience managing congress-related requests via the AIFA portal.
Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
Proficiency in both English and Portuguese, written and spoken.
