About the Role

As a Project Specialist – Medical Events at Sanofi, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end process of creating and approving events within the 1CRM portal. These events range from advisory boards and scientific education programs to symposiums, speaker training, and third-party sponsorships. You will oversee the organization and documentation of event details, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and compliance with Sanofi’s policies and business goals.

This role demands strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to stay agile in a dynamic environment, all while adhering to Sanofi’s Play to Win strategy. You will ensure all relevant documentation and approvals are in place, track KPIs and metrics, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve event success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Event Management: Oversee the creation, documentation, and approval process for all events in the 1CRM portal, ensuring all necessary information is entered correctly.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders, including event requestors and engagement teams, to ensure alignment and event execution.
  • Process Optimization: Provide input on process improvements and ensure adherence to compliance and transparency guidelines in event management.
  • Event Communication: Manage communications related to event execution, including attendee registration and data management, via the 1CRM portal.
  • KPI Reporting: Track and report on event KPIs and metrics to ensure efficient operations and synergies across teams.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor incoming 1CRM Digital Asset Specialists, ensuring they are trained on processes and tools related to event management.
  • Adaptability: Stay current with updates to the 1CRM system and other relevant platforms, participating in training sessions as required.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of event management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Veeva Vault.
    • Familiarity with the 1CRM system or similar platforms.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
