About the Role:

The Centralized Asset Support Team (CAST) at Novartis provides project management support and resources for developing or updating commercial marketing assets—such as digital, print, and web materials.
As a Project Specialist, Creative (CPS) within CAST, you will plan, manage, and deliver these creative projects with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

📁 Project Execution & Management

  • Manage assigned marketing material projects (e.g., Label updates, Creative refreshes/derivatives).

  • Ensure content is compliant with MLR, regulatory requirements, and company policy.

  • Define project scope, resources, timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

  • Monitor production milestones and maintain timely delivery by resolving roadblocks.

  • Collaborate closely with Project Manager (Creative) and internal stakeholders.

📊 Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain and update project KPIs using:

    • Production Asset Tracker (PAT)

    • Working Assets Tracker

    • TactPlan

    • Utilization Tracker

    • RCI Tracker (Risks | Concerns | Issues)

    • Monthly Business Review (MBR) Dashboard

👥 Collaboration

  • Work with:

    • Delivery Managers

    • Content Writers

    • Submissions (FUSE) Team

    • Creative Operations

    • Digital, Web & Video Vendors

  • Support leadership with site-wide or global initiatives.

🔄 Continuous Improvement

  • Identify areas for process optimization and implement enhancements.

  • Ensure adherence to Brand standards, compliance, production efficiency, and hygiene metrics (e.g., Utilization/Productivity).


Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

  • 2–3 years of project management experience

  • Prior experience in:

    • A Global Capability/Operations Center within a Pharma company

    • Or a consulting firm serving pharma clients


Desired Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in:

    • Medical sciences

    • Pharmaceuticals

    • MBA or related Project Management qualification

  • 1+ years’ exposure to FDA or other regulated environments
