Position Title: Project Coordinator (Experience in Project Management of Pharmacovigilance)
Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to lead project execution, manage client relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of key projects, collaborate across functions, and grow into a project leadership position within the Pharmacovigilance (PV) domain.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management and Execution
Lead and manage day-to-day project operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Track and monitor milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource utilization.
Ensure adherence to project scope, objectives, and quality standards.
Client and Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and status updates.
Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.
Maintain alignment between client expectations and business objectives.
Risk and Issue Management
Identify potential project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (including PV, Quality, and Operations) to ensure seamless project execution.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and proactive problem-solving across departments.
Qualifications
Education
M. Pharm or Post-Graduation in Life Sciences (or a related field).
Experience
2–4 years of experience in project management or project coordination roles, preferably within the pharmacovigilance, clinical research, or life sciences industry.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
Proven experience in process improvement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project Management applications).
