Position Title: Project Coordinator (Experience in Project Management of Pharmacovigilance)

Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office)


About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to lead project execution, manage client relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of key projects, collaborate across functions, and grow into a project leadership position within the Pharmacovigilance (PV) domain.


Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Execution

  • Lead and manage day-to-day project operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

  • Track and monitor milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource utilization.

  • Ensure adherence to project scope, objectives, and quality standards.

Client and Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and status updates.

  • Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and progress reviews.

  • Maintain alignment between client expectations and business objectives.

Risk and Issue Management

  • Identify potential project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.

  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.

  • Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (including PV, Quality, and Operations) to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and proactive problem-solving across departments.


Qualifications

Education

  • M. Pharm or Post-Graduation in Life Sciences (or a related field).

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management or project coordination roles, preferably within the pharmacovigilance, clinical research, or life sciences industry.


Preferred Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience in process improvement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project Management applications).
