Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and steering committees across global time zones.
Track deliverables, milestones, and risks to ensure timely project delivery.
Document and improve business processes, maintaining dashboards and KPIs.
Manage vendor relationships and procurement requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, HR, IT, and legal.
Prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
Analyze data for decision-making support.
Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field.
3–4 years of experience in project coordination in a global corporate environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), project tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-evolving global environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) or Lean Six Sigma.
Experience managing cross-cultural teams across time zones.
Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
