Job Title: Project Coordinator

Role Purpose:
The Project Coordinator will independently manage, coordinate, and organize project modules and simple projects, ensuring smooth workflow, compliance, and successful execution of healthcare technology solutions.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Attention to detail and excellent coordination skills
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Office applications
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and business financials

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely onboarding of project resources, providing necessary training and access to enable smooth workflow
  • Set up workflows and SLAs for engagements, ensuring timely tracking and reporting (including quality, timelines, TAT, and utilization)
  • Set up governance cadence and process, actively participate in governance meetings, and develop presentations for meetings at various levels
  • Ensure compliance with both Gilead and Indegene policies and procedures in all engagements
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the engagement journey, including onboarding, training, and other technical activities
  • Oversee financial management and budgeting for the project

Process Management and Compliance:

  • Adhere to organizational, divisional, and client-related policies and procedures concerning quality, information security, and data privacy
  • Ensure confidentiality and copyright rules are followed for all deliverables and client-specific requirements
  • Maintain compliance with security standards such as ISMS, ISO, CMMI, and client-specific guidelines
  • Strictly adhere to quality standards for various deliverables

Quality Management and Process:

  • Ensure compliance with quality, confidentiality, and security standards
  • Execute and enforce quality systems, processes, and policies
  • Liaise with quality control (QC) reviewers, medical reviewers, and subject matter experts to ensure adherence to specifications
  • Comply with training and specification guidelines
