Role Overview

Responsible for promoting and selling cardiometabolic products (Diabetes & Obesity) in the assigned region. The role involves engaging healthcare professionals, achieving sales KPIs, ensuring product availability, and supporting marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify and map key stakeholders.

  • Promote products, address queries, secure prescriptions.

  • Meet sales effectiveness KPIs (call averages, coverage, orders).

  • Conduct prescription audits and monitor competitor activity.

Supply & Market Management

  • Ensure timely supply by coordinating with C&FA agents and stockists.

  • Provide feedback on market developments.

  • Support doctor segmentation and order booking.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Organize approved educational activities.

  • Maintain disciplined reporting and administrative processes.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or Life Sciences (full-time).

  • 1–5 years’ pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in diabetes products.

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of territory, market, and stockists.
