Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct laboratory experiments focused on process efficiency and optimization.

  • Process experimental data and compile detailed technical reports.

  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure organizational upkeep.

  • Develop and optimize cell culture (upstream) processes for target protein yield and quality.

  • Purify (downstream) proteins to meet required purity and activity specifications.

  • Formulate stable, regulatory-compliant drug products.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in natural sciences or engineering (biotechnology, biochemistry, pharmacy, chemistry, biology, chemical/biomedical engineering) or equivalent industrial experience.

  • Prior experience in a similar biopharmaceutical development role is desirable but not mandatory.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative with adaptability to new analytical methods and workflows.

  • Excellent team collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to operate complex laboratory equipment confidently.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
