Alvotech, a global leader in biosimilar development, is expanding its Process & Product Development (PPD) team in Stockholm, Sweden. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct laboratory experiments focused on process efficiency and optimization.
Process experimental data and compile detailed technical reports.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure organizational upkeep.
Develop and optimize cell culture (upstream) processes for target protein yield and quality.
Purify (downstream) proteins to meet required purity and activity specifications.
Formulate stable, regulatory-compliant drug products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in natural sciences or engineering (biotechnology, biochemistry, pharmacy, chemistry, biology, chemical/biomedical engineering) or equivalent industrial experience.
Prior experience in a similar biopharmaceutical development role is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative with adaptability to new analytical methods and workflows.
Excellent team collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to operate complex laboratory equipment confidently.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
