Job Description

Role Description Overview:

The Process Coach (PC) is responsible for coaching employees, improving training performance, and driving productivity and quality improvements in the medical billing and coding process.


Responsibility Areas

  • Understand both process and target-oriented quality requirements

  • Train new joiners on Medical Billing concepts and guidelines

  • Monitor trainee productivity and quality output during OJT (on-the-job training)

  • Identify poor performers and implement improvement programs

  • Provide structured and continuous feedback to trainees

  • Educate staff on client specifications and the latest coding updates

  • Conduct one-on-one sessions to address repeated errors

  • Share productivity and quality feedback with Team Leads

  • Relay QC feedback effectively to trainees

  • Support early confirmation of trainees by providing performance insights to Team Leads

  • Achieve internal and external SLAs as defined by the process

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Job Specification
