Role Overview

The Process Coach (PC) is responsible for day-to-day coaching of employees, tracking performance data, and implementing improvements.

Responsibility Areas

  • Understand and deliver on quality and performance targets

  • Train new joiners in Medical Billing as per guidelines

  • Monitor trainee productivity and quality against ramp-up targets

  • Implement improvement programs for underperformers

  • Provide structured, continuous feedback

  • Educate staff on client specifications and coding updates

  • Conduct 1-on-1 coaching for error resolution

  • Communicate quality control (QC) feedback to trainees

  • Support Team Leads with trainee performance insights

  • Ensure timely confirmations based on performance inputs

  • Meet internal and external SLAs

  • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards

  • Deliver extensive coaching sessions as per defined processes

  • Apply varied training/coaching strategies based on trainee needs
