🌟 About the Role

Join Labcorp as a Phlebotomist/PST to provide high-quality patient care and phlebotomy services in a Patient Service Center or client office. This role offers opportunities for growth and skill development while being the face of Labcorp to patients.


🕒 Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Rotating Saturdays


💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

  • Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information

  • Process billing information and collect payments when required

  • Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

  • Maintain patient and specimen information logs

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patients

  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary

  • Travel to additional sites when needed


🎓 Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency, or previous experience as a phlebotomist required

  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment

  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision

  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable

  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed

  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
