Phlebotomist – Client Office
Location: Surprise, AZ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (additional days/hours as needed)

As a Phlebotomist in a Client Office, you will be the face of Labcorp, delivering exceptional customer service and skilled specimen collection. This role offers opportunities for growth and continuous development within our organization.


Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages.
  • Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
  • Enter patient information accurately and process billing information as required.
  • Collect payments when necessary.
  • Prepare and handle specimens for testing and analysis.
  • Maintain detailed logs for patient and specimen information.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Carry out administrative and clerical duties as needed.
  • Travel to additional locations when required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred).
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist required.
  • Experience drawing on geriatric patients preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of excellence.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation with a clean driving record (if applicable).
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
