Pharmacovigilance Physician

PrimeVigilance | Full-time | Drug Safety | Medical Review

PrimeVigilance is looking for a Pharmacovigilance Physician, offering Medical Doctors the opportunity to start and grow their career in Drug Safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve post-marketing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reports from clinical trials for medical/causality assessment.
  • Assess seriousness, expectedness, and causality of adverse events.
  • Write company comments, follow-up questions, and analyze similar events.
  • Complete required supporting documentation, including trackers.
  • Support the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) in evaluating safety issues.
  • Provide input for periodic safety reports.
  • Review literature screening search strategies and assess articles for relevant ICSRs/SAEs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MD Qualification (Medical Doctorate).
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher, verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
