Job Responsibilities:
Handle management of Affiliate Mailbox and reconciliation of reports per internal process.
Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs.
Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines and global regulatory requirements.
Perform written follow-up for both serious and non-serious cases.
Work under supervision, following detailed instructions for new assignments and moderate guidance for routine tasks.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors, contributing as an individual within a clearly defined scope of work.
May require rotational shift work.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc. Nursing)
