Skill Required:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle management of Affiliate Mailbox and reconciliation of reports per internal process.

  • Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs.

  • Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines and global regulatory requirements.

  • Perform written follow-up for both serious and non-serious cases.

  • Work under supervision, following detailed instructions for new assignments and moderate guidance for routine tasks.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors, contributing as an individual within a clearly defined scope of work.

  • May require rotational shift work.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc. Nursing)
