Role Summary:
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will support the Life Sciences R&D vertical, focusing on pharmacovigilance operations and safety writing. You will manage adverse event reporting, case narratives, and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports according to process.

  • Perform written follow-up for both serious and non-serious cases.

  • Develop individual case narratives describing adverse events for regulatory submissions and safety reports, including completed/interim clinical study reports.

  • Solve routine problems using general guidelines and escalate complex issues.

  • Follow detailed to moderate instructions for daily tasks and new assignments.

  • Function as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work.

  • Work in rotational shifts, if required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm).

  • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers can apply).

Skills & Abilities:

  • Basic drug safety and pharmacovigilance knowledge.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
