Job Overview:

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate at Accenture, you will contribute to the life sciences R&D vertical, which spans areas such as clinical trials support, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory services. This role involves case processing, reconciliation, and follow-up activities related to serious and non-serious cases. You will support biopharma companies by managing case identification, data entry, coding, processing, and submission of ICSRs in the safety database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, and submission of ICSRs.
  • Follow-ups: Perform written follow-up attempts for serious and non-serious cases.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements and client-specific guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work within the team and interact with the direct supervisor for routine problem-solving and assignments.
  • Shifts: Be prepared to work in rotational shifts, including MICC experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy or Master of Pharmacy.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to perform under pressure and solve routine problems.
    • Written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience in MICC.
    • Adaptable and flexible to changing work demands.
