Position Overview:

We are seeking a Pharmacovigilance Associate to join our diverse and dynamic global team. In this role, you will play a key part in monitoring and ensuring the safety of pharmaceutical products by collecting, analyzing, and reporting adverse event data.
Your keen eye for detail and understanding of regulatory frameworks will help maintain compliance and support our commitment to patient safety.


Key Responsibilities:

Safety Data Management

  • Collect, review, and process Adverse Event (AE) reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal SOPs.

  • Conduct signal detection and risk assessment to identify and escalate potential safety issues.

  • Support safety-related investigations and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in preparing safety reports, including Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs) and regulatory submissions.

Compliance & Collaboration

  • Stay up to date with pharmacovigilance regulations, Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP), and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, clinical, and regulatory departments, to ensure effective communication and compliance.

  • Ensure data accuracy, documentation integrity, and adherence to company policies.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

  • Prior experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or a related area within clinical or pharmaceutical environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-team collaboration.

  • High commitment to quality, ethics, and compliance in all safety-related activities.
