Job Description: The Pharmacovigilance Assistant provides organizational support to the Department for the Responsible Persons for Pharmacovigilance at the European level (QPPV Department) and the Head of PV Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing documents and archive maintenance.
  • Receiving data and recording them for various purposes.
  • Preparing draft documents and/or their final layout, where applicable.
  • Organizing meetings, conference calls, video conferencing, and meeting room reservations.
  • Managing and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
  • Working on team tasks with other PV Assistants.
  • Preparing presentations.
  • Drafting minutes of meetings, distributing them, and monitoring activities undertaken.
  • Handling confidential documentation.
  • Preparing and managing reports, working in Excel.
  • Supporting marketing activities and business projects as needed.
  • Performing other miscellaneous administrative tasks and administrative support as applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Very good English skills (both verbal and written).
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail.
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
