Role Overview:

As a Pharmacovigilance Services Analyst, you will be part of Accenture's Life Sciences R&D vertical, focusing on pharmacovigilance and drug safety. This role involves managing and processing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) and contributing to case identification, data entry, coding, and submission in line with regulatory requirements and client guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management & Data Entry:

    • Manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, and submission for ICSRs in the safety database.
    • Perform written follow-up attempts for both Serious and Non-serious cases.
  • Report Reconciliation & Follow-ups:

    • Reconcile reports per the established process.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups in line with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Analysis & Problem Solving:

    • Analyze and solve routine pharmacovigilance-related issues with a moderate level of complexity.
    • Apply guidelines to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaboration:

    • Interact with peers within Accenture, updating supervisors as required.
    • Limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management.
  • Shift Work:

    • This role may require working in rotational shifts.
