Pride Health is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week travel assignment at a leading facility in Hebron, NE. This opportunity offers not only a great assignment but also potential for extension or permanent placement with a top-tier healthcare provider!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized pharmaceutical services to improve drug usage and therapeutic outcomes.
  • Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with medical and nursing staff, providing information about pharmaceuticals, therapeutic options, and drug compatibility.
  • Conduct medication use reviews, assess patient compliance, and suggest modifications to treatment plans as needed.
  • Instruct patients on the proper use of prescribed medications and collaborate with physicians on patient progress.
  • Individualize medication regimens considering pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics.
  • Ensure proper and secure storage of medicinal products in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • PharmD preferred.
  • At least 3 years of recent retail pharmacy experience is preferred.
  • A pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited school and licensure through successful passage of the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy licensure exam.

Key Details:

  • Duration: 13-week contract
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Weekly Pay Range: $4,200 – $4,400
    • Pay rate is based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
