Product Quality Complaint Specialist

Job Description:
ProPharma is hiring a Product Quality Complaint (PQC) Specialist to support complaint evaluation and resolution in alignment with global regulatory and quality standards. You’ll be responsible for reviewing, logging, investigating, and analyzing product complaints across pharmaceutical and medical device programs. This is a remote, project-based opportunity lasting at least 6 months.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and accurately log product quality complaints.

  • Conduct or support thorough complaint investigations.

  • Process PQC records in compliance with FDA, EMA, and other applicable regulations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional PQC teams to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Identify and analyze trends in complaint data to support quality improvements.


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Solid understanding of medical terminology and industry-standard complaint handling.

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).


Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific or related field required.


Experience Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Product Quality Complaints

    • Pharmacovigilance

    • Quality Assurance


Salary Estimate:
Estimated range: $60,000 – $80,000 USD per year (based on U.S. PQC specialist contract roles)
