Payroll Specialist – Gurgaon | Syneos Health
Job Summary
Syneos Health is hiring a Payroll Specialist in Gurgaon, India to manage end-to-end India payroll operations for 3000+ employees. This role involves handling statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, LWF), resolving employee queries, and ensuring timely payroll processing. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and administration for 3000+ employees
Calculate and verify salaries, benefits, and deductions
Validate Provident Fund (PF) reports and resolve PF-related issues with EPFO/vendors
Handle joint declaration submissions to EPFO for employee data changes
Maintain statutory payroll reports – PF, PT, LWF, ESI, tax summaries
Address employee queries related to payroll independently
Collaborate with HR and Finance to streamline payroll-related communication
Ensure compliance with latest payroll regulations and labor laws
Participate in payroll process improvement initiatives
Maintain relationships with external payroll vendors
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with India payroll processing
Strong knowledge of PF compliance, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax
Experience with payroll for 3000+ employees
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and resolve payroll issues
Must be willing to work from office in Gurgaon
