Glo Esthetics seeks a responsible, highly engaging, self motivated individual to coordinate patient care and oversee the patient experience. This individual will work closely with the clinical staff to coordinate scheduling, answer questions and help nurture prospective patient leads. Their roles and responsibilities will entail but are not limited to the following:
Perform analytical and data entry tasks
Answer patient calls, emails and questions
Enhance the patient experience
Schedule patient visits
Discuss cost of service and payment options with the patient
Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible
As we continue to grow, there is potential for this role to develop into a leadership role assisting with staff management and scheduling.
