Role Summary:

The Packaging Specialist is responsible for labeling and packaging finished pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), internal documentation, and procedures. This role involves raw material control, stock management, waste handling, and ERP system operations to support efficient and compliant packaging activities.


Key Responsibilities:

Packaging Operations & Compliance:

  • Perform labeling and packaging of finished pharmaceutical products.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and internal procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the packaging area.
  • Conduct cleaning of Class C areas following established protocols.

Material & Inventory Management:

  • Oversee raw material control for manufacturing and packaging.
  • Manage warehouse stock and contribute to stock control activities.
  • Utilize ERP Dynamics D365 for inventory and production management.

Waste & Environmental Management:

  • Ensure proper waste management in compliance with applicable procedures.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma (Bachillerato) or Higher Degree (Grado Superior).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Fluent Spanish (mandatory); Basic English knowledge is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work in classified production areas (Class D & non-classified areas).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics D365) is advantageous.
