The Operational Pricing Lead (EERT) plays a pivotal role in driving pricing strategy, operational governance, and financial planning across the Eastern Europe, Russia & Turkey (EERT) region. This role ensures pricing decisions are data-driven, compliant with regulations, and aligned with organizational value and access objectives. The position involves managing pricing infrastructure, delivering robust financial analysis, and supporting affiliates with reimbursement submissions, new launches, and loss of exclusivity preparations.

The EERT Operational Pricing Lead is a key regional expert, partnering with Global Operational Pricing teams to optimize pricing processes, maintain tools and systems, and provide actionable insights to maximize commercial and strategic impact. This role requires collaboration across cross-functional, multi-geography teams to ensure consistency and excellence in pricing operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality pricing analysis including IRP, price erosion, launch sequence planning, and reference pricing insights.
Support pricing infrastructure by maintaining tools, structures, and documentation.
Lead price floor setting processes and evaluate business cases for new pricing or contracting strategies.
Review and approve contracts in line with pricing governance policies.
Provide accurate and timely pricing assumptions for financial planning and forecasting cycles.
Support affiliates in preparing and submitting price certificates while ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Train affiliates on contract setup, price list structures, and implementation standards.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in pricing processes and systems.
Provide strategic guidance for new launches, reimbursement submissions, indication expansions, and LOE readiness.
Monitor net pricing performance against established policies and propose corrective actions where needed.

Basic Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Financial Audit, Sales, or Marketing.
Minimum 5 years of directly relevant experience in Pricing, Financial Analysis, Finance Audit, Sales & Marketing Effectiveness, Forecasting, or Consulting.
Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and advanced Excel usage.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to simplify complex issues and deliver clear recommendations.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and precision in work output.
Proven project management skills with a structured approach to tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Experience
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or biotech pricing operations.
Knowledge of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and Health Economics principles.
Experience working in cross-functional, virtual, and global teams.
Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions.

Functional Competencies
Ability to lead pricing strategy, analysis, and governance for regional and global operations.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of commercial drivers in the pharmaceutical industry.
Capability to maintain and optimize pricing tools and systems to support decision-making.
Experience in providing strategic insights to support new product launches, LOE planning, and reimbursement submissions.
Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with affiliates, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
