Job Title: Associate - Continuous Improvement Projects, QA/QC

Job Summary

Lead and implement continuous improvement (CI) initiatives in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to enhance operational efficiency, reduce defects, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify areas for improvement using RCA and trend analysis.
  • Develop and execute CI plans leveraging methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM.
  • Propose changes in quality processes to align with regulatory standards.
  • Drive adoption of advanced tools for enhanced quality and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct audits, mentoring, and training to embed a culture of quality.
  • Establish KPIs and regularly analyze metrics to ensure sustained improvements.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • 12–15 years’ experience in pharma, FMCG, IT, or process industries.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, quality operations, and CI tools.
