Internship Overview

The Omnichannel Data Enablement Internship provides a 10-week hands-on experience within Genmab’s U.S. commercial marketing team. Interns will gain exposure to data-driven omnichannel campaigns targeting healthcare professionals, patients, and care partners across email, web, media, and field channels.

This hybrid internship is based in Princeton, NJ, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week.


Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Analysis

  • Develop first-party data strategies to enhance campaign activation across multiple customer types.

  • Map omnichannel customer journeys identifying key touchpoints and value-driving interactions.

  • Analyze data collection points to identify trigger segments for targeted marketing.

  • Identify data standardization opportunities to improve targeting and automate workflows.

Campaign Execution & Support

  • Support coordination and execution of digital and omnichannel marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to implement priority initiatives.

  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing campaigns.


Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated interest in data-driven marketing and omnichannel strategy.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), SQL, and data analysis/reporting tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, website management, or omnichannel campaigns.

  • Coursework or experience in brand strategy, advertising, digital media, or promotional content execution.

  • Experience using marketing technology platforms (preferred but not required).
