Description:

Process Development:
• Conduct laboratory experiments & trials to modify processes and develop shorter processes to reduce present costs.
• Send samples to QC for studied experiments.
• Contact the QC department to solicit support and follow up for sample analysis of laboratory experiments conducted.
• Generate lab experiment data in a lab notebook.
• Prepare lab experiment data and review it with the group leader.
• Perform experiments for plant failure investigations, reprocess development, and new vendor qualification.
• Contact the QC department to solicit support and follow up for sample analysis of laboratory experiments conducted.
• Prepare a summary of studied experiments.
• Prepare reports on use tests, performance trials, and new vendor qualification.
• Participate in preparing experimental summaries, daily and weekly reports, and planning reports.
• Perform daily calibration activities for lab-use instruments.
• Conduct housekeeping activities.
• Ensure hazardous chemical disposal as required.
• Contribute to improving working conditions in the laboratory for an environmentally hazard-free workplace.
