Your Role:

As a Remote Case Manager Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting and educating patients about their therapies. Working remotely, you will help manage relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal clinical outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Education & Follow-up: Providing patients with valuable education and follow-up care for their therapies, ensuring an integrated and seamless experience.
  • Collaboration: Supporting healthcare professionals and working closely with nursing colleagues and reimbursement specialists to optimize patient clinical outcomes.
  • Communication: Handling a majority of your work over the phone, managing incoming calls, and conducting periodic follow-ups. Occasional face-to-face meetings with clinics and patients may also be required.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Documenting your interactions accurately in a database, adhering to ethical standards and pharmacovigilance rules.

You will work a flexible schedule within regular business hours (8 AM to 8 PM EST, Monday through Friday), with occasional travel (up to 5%).


Who You Are:

  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • A Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing.
    • At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a field and/or hospital setting.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on helping patients optimize their clinical outcomes.
    • Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
    • Autonomous work ethic—able to work independently from your home office.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience working remotely and managing your schedule independently.
    • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for urgent calls outside regular hours.
    • Ability to travel occasionally.
    • Proficiency with computer systems and software.
    • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is a strong asset.
    • Experience in Multiple Sclerosis care or a call center environment is a plus.
    • Dedicated workspace at home.
