Role Overview
The Medical Safety and Processes Manager will provide operational planning and execution support for process development and improvement activities in Medical Safety, working closely with the Medical Safety Officer. This position involves managing pharmacovigilance (PV) needs, ensuring quality and compliance, and leading or supporting key initiatives impacting Medical Safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate Medical Safety processes and IT systems, conducting regular reviews to identify improvements and support business case development.
  • Oversee compliance in assigned activities, ensuring continuous improvement and readiness for inspections.
  • Proactively identify risks or issues, monitor assigned processes, and provide subject matter expertise for process creation and updates.
  • Support communications related to process changes and initiatives, ensuring transparency and sharing best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during PV audits/inspections and provide leadership support as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, demonstrating the company’s values of integrity, curiosity, and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • At least 6 years of experience in project management (minimum 2 years as a project leader) and/or process ownership in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
  • Solid knowledge of drug safety processes, including authoring procedural documents and workflow design.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, deliver results, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced degree in Healthcare/Life Sciences (MD, MBBS, MSc, Pharm D, PhD preferred).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
