About the Role

IQVIA’s In-Home Clinical Solutions team is seeking a dedicated Mobile Registered Nurse to provide in-home diagnostic and clinical services. The nurse will travel to patients’ homes to perform procedures such as lab draws, phlebotomy, electrocardiograms (EKGs), and macular edema screenings to support treatment initiation and adherence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport following network policies and regulatory standards.

  • Adhere to laboratory safety and handling protocols; ensure specimens are delivered properly to labs.

  • Conduct clinical screenings such as EKGs and macular edema exams (training provided).

  • Maintain an organized and clean mobile work environment including supplies and equipment storage.

  • Manage clinical supply inventory.

  • Collaborate with clinical coordination team to complete and submit visit documentation accurately and promptly.

  • Identify and report adverse events, medical complaints, and patient inquiries per guidelines.

  • Maintain detailed mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly pay of approximately $50.00 per hour, including appointment and travel time (minimum 2 hours paid).

  • IRS-standard mileage reimbursement.

  • Incentive plans, bonuses, and health/welfare benefits may be available depending on position and schedule.


Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Current CPR certification.

  • Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings.

  • At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for transporting equipment.

  • Willingness to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits.

  • Proficient with medical equipment and documentation.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patient-focused approach.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (subject to review).

  • Must pass drug screening and background check after offer acceptance.
