Medical and Scientific Reviewer – EVERSANA

Job Summary
EVERSANA is seeking a Medical and Scientific Reviewer to support global medical content development and the review of promotional and non-promotional materials. This remote role requires a strong foundation in medical writing, scientific analysis, and regulatory compliance. As part of the Medical and Regulatory Affairs team, you'll help ensure high-quality, scientifically accurate, and compliant materials that support healthcare innovation and patient safety across diverse therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities
Review promotional and non-promotional materials for medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) approval
Validate scientific accuracy, editorial integrity, and contextual relevance
Ensure alignment with approved labels and client strategy
Collaborate with medical signatories and material owners to address review findings
Check and anchor references in platforms like Veeva Vault PromoMats / MedComms
Support scientific content creation: SRDs, FAQs, slide decks, abstracts, posters, training documents
Participate in client meetings and contribute to content strategy
Review and maintain SOPs, templates, style guides, and checklists
Conduct literature research using PubMed, Ovid, Embase, and other databases
Provide quality control, project management, and compliance oversight
Maintain turnaround timelines and support process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree in PharmD, M. Pharm., M.S. Pharm., MBBS, BDS, or Ph.D. in a relevant field
At least 2 years of experience in scientific review or QC in life sciences/pharma
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical trials, and drug development
Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats/MedComms or similar platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Acrobat, and literature search tools
Excellent communication, writing, and data interpretation skills
High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Knowledge of regulatory standards and industry codes for medical and promotional content
Ability to learn new therapeutic areas and collaborate in cross-functional teams
