About the Role
Genmab is seeking a passionate Solid Tumor Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/Senior MSL (Sr. MSL) to join a high-impact Global Solid Tumor Medical Affairs team. This role involves collaborating within a dynamic and innovative setting, focusing on both Genmab's approved products and those in various stages of development. MSLs will build and maintain professional relationships with medical thought leaders, providing fair and balanced clinical/scientific support.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, foster, and maintain relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) in academic and community centers across the Gulf Coast territory.
  • Develop and execute territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies.
  • Provide insights/feedback on emerging scientific data and support appropriate product use.
  • Respond to unsolicited requests and provide medical/scientific education on disease states and products.
  • Support product launches and ensure the safe use of medicines.
  • Manage Investigator Sponsored Trials (ISTs) from submission to study completion.
  • Collaborate with medical and clinical teams to raise awareness and support Genmab-sponsored trials.
  • Represent Genmab at medical and scientific conferences.

Requirements

  • Advanced/scientific medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred, or clinical background with substantial oncology/solid tumor MSL experience.
  • At least 2 years of MSL/Medical Affairs experience in Oncology/Solid Tumor.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and access environments.
  • Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines such as FDA, OIG, ICH, GCP, and HIPAA.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in product launches or as a product/therapeutic point of contact.
  • Experience in oncology, hematology, or solid tumor specialties.

Salary Band
$155,840.00—$233,760.00, plus potential bonuses.
