We are seeking a Multilingual Medical Information Specialist to join our Medical Information Department. This role involves providing high-quality medical information via phone and email in both French and English for our designated clients and products. The role is full-time and fully remote across Serbia.


Key Responsibilities

  • Medical Information Service: Answer technical questions regarding designated products via phone, email, and fax in a professional and accurate manner.
  • Compliance: Follow specific working practices as agreed with clients.
  • Adverse Event & Product Reporting: Identify and report adverse events and defective product issues in compliance with ProPharma SOPs.
  • Translation: Translate documents from English to the target language (and vice versa), delivering translated responses both orally and in writing.
  • Correspondence: Use standard responses for medical information inquiries or liaise with Medical Information Support Services (MISS) for additional correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Log inquiries in a comprehensive and timely manner.
  • Confidentiality: Manage confidential information in accordance with Data Privacy regulations.
  • Quality Checks: Perform checks on Adverse Events, Product Quality Complaints, and other correspondence to ensure accuracy.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Ensure compliance with legal and professional guidelines for medical information in the pharmaceutical industry.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A completed Pharmacy or Life Sciences degree.
  • Language Skills: Mother tongue or C1 level proficiency in the target language (French) and fluency in English.
  • Strong Translation Skills: Proficiency in translating technical medical content.
  • Communication: Excellent phone manners and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Workload Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in both medical information handling and administrative tasks.
  • Independence: Ability to work unsupervised and manage workload effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems, with the ability to learn other computer systems.
