We are seeking motivated professionals to join our Medical Information Call Center (MICC) team as Associates, Team Leads, and Quality Reviewers. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in pharmacy or nursing to grow in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, document call details, and perform follow-ups according to client requirements and SOPs.

  • Ensure compliance with Vizen Lifesciences and client-specific quality standards.

  • Submit completed documents for hourly quality checks (QC) and maintain accurate records.

  • Follow standard telephone etiquette and guidelines during all interactions.

  • Utilize safety references and client-provided resources when addressing medical inquiries.

  • Manage test calls, faxes, voicemails, and emails efficiently.

  • Categorize calls into product complaints, adverse events (AE/SAE), medical queries, or product quality complaints.

  • Forward AE/SAE cases to the pharmacovigilance department and product complaints to QA as required.

  • Coordinate with manufacturing units or clients to provide accurate medical information.

  • Maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

  • Manage trackers, perform reconciliations, and adhere to client SOPs.

  • Participate in training sessions and client meetings as needed.

  • Provide constructive feedback and training to team members.

  • Archive pharmacovigilance and medical information documents accurately.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm) or Nursing.

Experience Requirements:

  • Associates: 0–5 years of experience in a Medical Information Call Center (MICC) or related pharmaceutical/medical information role.

  • Team Leads / Quality Reviewers: 5–15 years of MICC experience, with additional leadership, quality review, or supervisory responsibilities.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with proficiency in understanding US accents.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts (2 PM – 10 PM IST).
