Job Overview

Clario is seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Technologist I (Nuclear Medicine / PET) to support global clinical trials through high-quality imaging data review and analysis. This remote role is ideal for experienced Nuclear Medicine/PET professionals with strong expertise in imaging quality control, protocol compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring imaging data integrity, supporting therapeutic teams, and advancing evidence generation for life-changing therapies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and validate clinical imaging data for quality, accuracy, and protocol compliance

  • Verify that imaging submissions meet study and project-specific requirements; generate and manage data queries as needed

  • Collaborate with internal therapeutic teams to resolve imaging quality issues and support long-term data archiving

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for imaging modalities, providing input on system enhancements and process improvements

  • Support the implementation and optimization of proprietary and third-party imaging and QC applications

  • Perform protocol-specific measurements and prepare imaging datasets for client and regulatory submission

  • Conduct demonstrations of pre-quantification and image analysis for internal teams and external clients

  • Review imaging-related qualifications of clinical research sites and support site evaluations

  • Deliver site-level training sessions and ongoing support related to imaging protocols and data submission standards

  • Contribute to the development and review of study start-up materials, including imaging manuals and training documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Current board certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (mandatory)

  • Must be a qualified Nuclear Medicine / PET Technologist

  • Strong working knowledge of PET and SPECT imaging, including patient handling and protocol execution

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant imaging or healthcare discipline preferred

  • Minimum 7+ years of professional experience as an Imaging Technologist or in clinical trial imaging operations

  • Hands-on experience with at least 3 imaging modalities and 2 or more QC applications (proprietary and third-party)

  • Proficiency with imaging systems and Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with virtual global teams
