Medical Editor – Snow Companies (Bangalore, India)

Job Summary

Snow Companies is hiring a Medical Editor in Bangalore to ensure patient-focused storytelling with editorial accuracy, quality, and brand alignment. This role involves editing patient stories, healthcare marketing materials, and communication pieces while upholding authenticity, compassion, and brand tone. As part of the healthcare communications team, you will develop style guides, implement editorial SOPs, and maintain content quality standards for global healthcare campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and review patient stories, healthcare marketing content, and communication materials to ensure clarity, quality, and authenticity.

  • Create and maintain brand-specific editorial style guides for consistency across projects.

  • Develop and update editorial SOPs and departmental processes for efficient workflows.

  • Conduct final editorial reviews and quality control checks, ensuring all edits are properly implemented.

  • Uphold patient-centric values by incorporating authentic patient and caregiver perspectives.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of editorial, proofreading, or content writing experience (marketing or healthcare preferred).

  • Exceptional command of English grammar, tone, and clarity.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple editorial projects independently.

  • Skilled in editorial feedback and collaboration with writers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
