We are currently seeking a Medical Director (Neurology) to join our dynamic and diverse team. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance within project teams, ensuring the successful execution of clinical programs, and offering expert medical and scientific consultation throughout the lifecycle of projects. Your therapeutic expertise will play a critical role in shaping project direction and informing development decisions.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Medical Leadership:
    Provide strategic medical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring medical and scientific integrity across all stages of clinical development.

  • Consultation & Expertise:
    Offer expert medical consultation throughout the lifecycle of clinical programs, leveraging your deep therapeutic knowledge to guide key decisions.

  • Compliance:
    Ensure that all medical and safety monitoring activities adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.

  • Business Development:
    Represent the Medical Affairs Department in business development activities, contributing to new opportunities and supporting the growth of the company.

  • Operational Oversight:
    Provide operational management within the Medical Affairs Department as needed, ensuring smooth functioning and timely execution of projects.

Your Profile:

  • Qualifications:

    • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Neurology or a relevant therapeutic area.
    • Board-Certified in Neurology with an active Medical License.
  • Experience:

    • Proven track record of medical leadership and consultation within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
    • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and safety monitoring in clinical research.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the department effectively across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide operational management and guidance, especially in the absence of senior leadership.
