Job Overview

This is an executive-level leadership role responsible for driving medical strategy in psychiatry and neurology. You will act as a scientific leader, supporting clinical development, business growth, and stakeholder engagement across global projects.


Key Responsibilities

Medical Leadership

  • Act as the primary medical expert in psychiatry/neurology

  • Provide strategic input on clinical development programs

  • Guide study design, protocols, and patient recruitment strategies

Business & Strategy

  • Support business development, proposals, and bid defense meetings

  • Contribute to growth of psychiatry/neurology portfolio

  • Provide consulting expertise on medical projects

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams

  • Ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders

Scientific Engagement

  • Represent organization in scientific and marketing activities

  • Drive thought leadership in psychiatry/neurology domain


Required Skills

  • Deep expertise in psychiatry/neurology drug development

  • Strong knowledge of GCP and clinical regulations

  • Strategic thinking and business acumen

  • Leadership and stakeholder management

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills


Eligibility Criteria

  • MD with board certification in Psychiatry or Neurology

  • 10+ years industry experience

  • 5+ years in clinical development (CRO/sponsor preferred)

  • Prior leadership experience in medical affairs


Compensation

  • Base Salary: ~$260,000 USD per year
