Job Title: Medical Affairs Lead - Oncology (Toripalimab)

Purpose: The Medical Affairs Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing global medical initiatives for Toripalimab, across 21 markets. This role involves providing scientific, medical, and technical support, developing strategies for differentiated oncology products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate and guide new product opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Medical Strategy Development: Lead the global medical strategy for Toripalimab across all indications, ensuring alignment with regional needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Support Medical Affairs: Provide ongoing scientific and clinical support for Toripalimab, assisting with KOL engagement, advisory board meetings, and new product evaluations.
  • Insights Generation: Regularly gather and disseminate medical insights from KOLs, clinical trials, and RWE studies to drive decisions for product development and market expansion.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Regulatory, Clinical, and Marketing teams to guide product development and post-marketing activities, including data generation and trial design improvements.
  • Medico-Marketing Support: Conduct training sessions for sales teams, review promotional materials, and contribute to digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Key Expertise:

  • MBBS, MD in Pharmacology/Medicine with ≥7 years of experience in medico-marketing, especially in oncology or haematology.
  • Experience in oncology product development, including biologicals and biosimilars.
  • Expertise in conducting Advisory Boards, clinical trials, and regulatory processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with proficiency in English.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of working across diverse geographies.
